But we want your ideas, not ours.

Calling all Senior Developers

Our core need is for a senior developer who loves getting stuck into the full product life cycle, and has the drive and ideas to influence our processes. As a senior developer, the majority of your time will be spent on fee-earning .Net development, with a strong focus on Umbraco. But with many spinning plates here across multiple areas, we’re open to what else the role entails.

Of course, there are some basics. You need to have 3 A-Levels or equivalent, and should have three years’ experience in .Net web development. If you’ve got a computing degree, are a certified Umbraco developer, and have 3+ years working with Umbraco, then that’s a bonus. Agency experience is also useful, but not essential.

In your main role you'll be accountable for delivering high-quality, large and complex software systems, on time and on budget, and will be a leading member of the development team designing, building and testing code. You’ll be refining and driving our development processes, ensuring they're fit for purpose and used consistently, and may also be asked to act as a technical design authority on projects.
