Skills gaps. Dwindling talent pools. Brexit. The 4th industrial revolution. What should education look like in 2019 so that local young talent is equipped with the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours to positively contribute to IT businesses as apprentices or employees when they leave college?

Local IT professionals are brought together to volunteer half a day of their time to engage with students at Alton College through networking and getting involved in industry and employability activities.
